9/11 MASTERMINDER DECLARED WANTED
Abdulai Sheriff, a 33-year-old individual, has been labeled as a fugitive by the law enforcement agencies in Sierra Leone. This decision was reached as a result of his suspected involvement in the incidents that took place on September 11, 2023. The declaration was based on the accounts provided by individuals who were apprehended on that day, pointing to Sheriff as one of the masterminds behind the September 11 protests in Freetown. This information was disclosed by the suspects who are currently on trial for multiple violations of public order laws.
It is important to note that widespread demonstrations broke out in different parts of Freetown on September 9, 2023, leading to extensive damage to property and loss of lives. Several searches have been conducted at Sheriff’s place of residence, but it seems that he is currently outside the reach of the authorities.
A reward has been announced for anyone who can provide information that would lead to the capture of Sheriff, as confirmed by the Sierra Leone Police Force. Although he was not among those detained during the protests, Abdulai Sheriff has been implicated by the suspects who are now facing trial at various Magistrates Courts in Freetown.
He is now officially a wanted individual by the authorities for his involvement in subversion, incitement, and other serious offenses. The search for Abdulai Sheriff continues as law enforcement agencies work tirelessly to bring him to justice.
