…For Remarkable Contribution to ‘’Hand off our Girls’ Campaign
In a significant ceremony held at the Presidential lodge, the First Lady of Sierra Leone, Mrs. Fatima Bio, honored the CEO and Founder of VIP Group of Companies, Ahmed H. Hashim, with a certification of appreciation towards his support to the “Hands of our girls” foundation.
First Lady of Sierra Leone, Mrs Fatima Maada Bio, being the architect of the initiative recognized all her sponsors including VIP Trading Company for their support towards the epoch making launching of the “Hands off our girls” foundation.
“I Want to extend my gratitude to all my sponsors but most importantly my husband His Excellency Dr. Julius Maada Bio whose support has provided me with the platform to amplify my voice for the protection of the rights of women and girls”, she said, intimating that this initiative will position Sierra Leone as a leader in recognizing and addressing the issues surrounding child sexual exploitation, abuse, and violence, particularly in alignment with the United Nations World Day.
