APC party faithful and well-wishers on Thursday 13/03/25, in the townships of Kabala, Ward, 149 Constituency 43 and Musaya Ward 129 Constituency 039 warmly welcome the APC shining star, Dr. Ibrahim Bangura. He was in KoinaduguDistrict as part of his second phase of the Ramadan Iftarexercise during which he shared mostly loads of the country’s staple rice, as well as gallons of vegetable oil.
Addressing the exuberant party supporters at the APC partyoffice in Kabala toen and at the Court Barray in Musaya, Dr. Bangura praised the women whom he singled out for their outstanding contributions to building and shaping the APC party.
Dr Bangura also praised other founding fathers of the APC party in Koinadugu District for their selflessness. He appealed to the party faithful in Kabala and its environs to work towards party unity, peace and respect for party Elders. He noted that his visit wass not driven by politics but by the urgent need to meet with the party members and supporters of Koinadugu with a view to sharing his Ramadan Iftar with them.
In his statement of acknowledgement, APC party chairman in Koinadugu District, Dr. S.S Marah said it was the duty of the party executive to welcome all party flag bearer aspirants to the party office.
He praised Dr. Bangura for bringing 150 bags of rice and 150 gallons of cooking oil as “sunakati” for the Comrades in Koinadugu and the same quantities for those in Falaba. He also extolled the wisdom of Dr. Bangura in emphasising the need for peace and party unity and respect for the Elders and leadership of the party.
