Mercury International Launches Mega Draw, Presents over NLe 100,000 worth of Prizes to winners
The Managing Director of Mercury International Sierra Leone, Martin E. Michael has launched the biggest raffle draw of the company which gives customers equal opportunity to win the grand prize, a Suzuki Ertiga that cost $24,000.
At the official launch of the raffle, MD Michael said that besides the grand prize which is the Suzuki, customers also stand a chance to win other prizes and that the second prize is NLe5,000.
He revealed that the raffle which starts on the 1st of August 2024 will run for five months and that winners will receive their prizes in January 2025.
The Deputy Online Manager of Mercury International, Octavius Jackson said that the first stage to be part of the raffle is to have an online account with Mercurybet and that the individual should be 18 years and above. He explained that to be better qualified for the raffle, the customer will have to place a bet of ten tickets per week at the cost of Nle25 and above form Monday to Sunday. He furthered that it is not just limited to placing a bet on football but to all other sporting activities.
“The main criterion is that from Monday to Sunday, you should have made a bet of ten tickets at the minimum cost of NLe25 for each ticket. When you fulfill this criterion, you will automatically have a raffle ticket that will enter the raffle draw for you,” stated Octavius Jackson.
He emphasized that the raffle will last for a period of five months and that customers have at least four weeks within a month which will give the opportunity to secure 20 tickets for the raffle.
He however stated that there are things that can disqualify customers from the raffle, noting that they usually give bonuses to customers and that if customers use their bonus to play, the ticket will not be counted. And that if a customer uses a free bet from Mercury, the ticket will not be counted. That if a particular game is postponed or void in a ticket, it will not be counted and the use of a cash out option by customers will make their tickets invalid.
Prior to the launch, prizes worth over NLe100,000 were given to lucky winners who won different prizes with the grand winner taking home a Kekeh which cost NLe75,000.
